There are two On/Go COVID antigen self-tests for use twice over 2 to 3 days (no less than 24 hours and no more than 48 hours apart). Here’s how to administer the On/Go COVID-19 test:
- Place the test cassette on a flat surface.
- Peel the foil seal off of the extraction vial. Keep the vial upright.
- Insert a nasal swab no more than ¾ inch into your left nostril. Slowly rotate the swab in a circle at least 5 times for 15 seconds.
- Put the same swab into your right nostril and repeat.
- Place the swab into the extraction vial. Rotate vigorously at least five times.
- Remove and discard the swab. Close the vial.
- Mix by flicking the bottom of the vial with your finger.
- Flip over the vial. Hold the sample vertically above the sample well and gently squeeze the vial, letting three drops of sample fall into the well.
- Let sit for 10 minutes. Don’t move or lift the test cassette. After 10 minutes, read the result.
- Discard everything into your household trash can.
