One reviewer who identifies as a blind screen reader said they had a difficult time navigating the checkout process. The company has an accessibility menu, but it’s unclear if it’s improved since the review was posted.

These Tropical Fruit-flavored gummies have a sugary coating on the outside, which Healthline editor Ruby Thompson says gives them “the perfect amount of sweetness.” Although there’s a bit of an aftertaste (which is common with CBD edibles), it’s not significant.

After taking these gummies daily to help with osteoarthritis pain in her tailbone, Thompson says she felt “serious pain relief.”

“I don’t see these totally replacing my need for physical therapy or daily stretching and movement, but they’re definitely an amazing addition to my pain management routine,” she says.

Though it didn’t do much for her in terms of pain relief, she says she noticed a general sense of calm and reduced stress after using the oil each evening.

Thanks to the included dropper, the oil is easy to dose. With 33 mg of CBD per 1-mL serving, it falls in the midrange as far as potency goes. That makes it a good choice for people who are familiar with CBD but don’t want a super potent product.

This oil is CBDistillery’s most potent and popular product. It has all the beneficial compounds of the naturally farmed hemp plant, including terpenes, flavonoids, and other cannabinoids, like cannabigerol (CBG) and cannabinol (CBN).

“I was a little nervous about trying this product because it’s so high potency,” Thompson says. “I was nervous about the taste and the potential for side effects — and honestly, I was nervous that I’d fall in love with it because it’s so expensive.”

At $240 per bottle, it’s definitely an investment. The price per serving works out to about $8.

Despite being full-spectrum, the oil is “truly flavorless” with “only a slight aftertaste,” according to Thompson.

“After using it, I noticed legitimate pain relief in my lower back. I woke up less stiff, which doesn’t happen often!” she says.

“I noticed the results really quickly, so this is a good option for people who have used CBD before and are using it specifically for quick pain relief. I don’t think I will buy myself another bottle because of the price, but I will likely stick to CBDistillery’s lower potency oil option,” Thompson says.

Some CBD softgels can be difficult to swallow, but according to Thompson, these gels are very small and go down easily.

They’re flavorless, don’t have an aftertaste, and are easy to dose. However, Thompson says they didn’t do much for her in terms of pain relief.

“It’s possible I needed a higher dose or that full-spectrum CBD works better for me, because CBDistillery’s higher potency full-spectrum products worked great for me. Still, I would recommend this product to people that are newer to CBD and want a totally tasteless way to take it.”

Healthline editor Rayne Whitington felt similarly, saying it might have been better to take an Advil. “There seemed to be a small effect. It may have dulled some of the pain, but didn’t fully help,” Whitington says, noting that they might prove more helpful if you have very mild chronic pain.

Whitington does praise the softgels themselves, saying he prefers this method of consumption over oils and gummies.

“I did experience physical and mental relaxation when using this product,” he says. “But I did feel like I needed to take more than the suggested dosage to get the desired effect. This may be because my body is used to CBD since I use it regularly.”

He notes that it has a strong cannabis flavor that might be off-putting to some, plus a mild cannabis scent. Still, he recommends it. “It’s an effective product that helps with stress, as well as physical tension and soreness,” he says. “This is definitely a good product for people who are new to CBD.”

“I really liked this product. It provided a general feeling of calm and was excellent for physical relaxation. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, and this was very effective in helping to loosen very tense muscles,” he says.

“I could physically feel the tension in my shoulders melting away within a very short amount of time after use. I also experienced a mental calm and relaxation, but I feel like it was related to how much physical relief I was experiencing.”

However, Rice notes he did have to increase the dosage to get these effects and advises experienced CBD users that they may need to adjust their dosage as well.

Rice says this is a flavorless, odorless product, which sets it apart from other CBDistillery products.

Whitington didn’t find these gummies very effective, though. “I still struggled to fall asleep, and woke up several times during the night,” he says.

They’re fairly low potency, at 15 mg CBD per gummy. So, they may work best for those newer to CBD.

MCTs are broken down and absorbed rapidly, which is why you’ll often find MCT oil used in CBD products. The onset of these products is typically 1 to 2 hours.
